31fps?
31fps means “31 frames per second”… This is the frame rate that I set all of my Flash websites to when I am developing.
In empirical testing, we have found that 31fps frame rate setting appears to run better than other (even higher) frame rates. This is especially true on Macs.
By setting your frame rate to 31fps, you will ensure that your applications will be as performant as possible.
